Please carefully read our refund policy and familiarize yourself with the requirements so that you become versed on when and why a refund or credit may be issued. The policy is valid for all workshops, discussion groups and other programs offered by the Mothers' Center of the South Shore (MCSS).

• The option of a full refund or credit will be given if the MCSS cancels a class.
• If you need to cancel a class, this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class; at which time a credit will be given.
• Once a class begins no refunds or credits will be issued. Any request for an exemption must be submitted in writing to the Steering Committee.
